Processing times

Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times and rates

Shipping options, delivery estimates, and prices are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Standard delivery: £4.99
Express delivery: £6.99

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and can occasionally change because of weather, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible at pressahelp@hotmail.com. We can’t guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at pressahelp@hotmail.com with your order number. We’ll help check the delivery status with the carrier.
